WORKING ACROSS THE ESTATEMore worlds. Fewer company moves.
From historic farmstead and period outbuildings to woodland, meadow, valley and open sky, From Stone To Sky offers contrasting filming environments within one privately owned estate in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley National Landscape.
Build, base and film in one place — reducing company moves while keeping production facilities close to the locations.
RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION
Made for production. Managed for the future.
From Stone To Sky supports productions working towards lower-impact filming, including BAFTA albert certification. We can help coordinate practical solutions for power, water, waste management, recycling and sustainable catering, drawing on specialist suppliers where needed.
Farming and land management remain at the heart of the estate. Our nature-recovery work with Wye Valley National Landscape and ongoing ecological monitoring help us plan filming in ways that respect the working landscape.
We follow Leave No Trace principles, with any site-specific requirements discussed early so productions can plan with confidence.
ACCESSIBILITY · SAFETY · SECURITY
Practical support, from the outset.
The estate offers disabled parking, step-free access where available, off-road wheelchair loan and disability-related adjustments to support individual access requirements. Accessibility can be discussed in advance for each filming location.
The team brings experience in operational planning, security and emergency response, supporting early conversations about access, site arrangements and production safety.
On-site security arrangements and any additional facilities can be discussed according to the needs of each production.
Accommodation
Stay on site.
The Loft and Puzzle Tree Cottage provide two self-contained places to stay within From Stone To Sky and may be available for key cast, creatives or production personnel, subject to dates and production requirements.
